JEWELRY SHIPPING METHODS

All jewelry orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail. Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 days from the date of purchase and you will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

If expedited shipping is needed please contact us in advance of placing your order to see if we can arrange for a special delivery. Additional charges will apply.

All orders arrive packaged in gift packaging.  If you have a special request for packaging or would like a note included, please let us know, we're happy to help.

JEWELRY RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand by everything we make.  We want our customers to love their Kristin DeSantis Contemporary Jewelry!  If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'd be glad to accept an item for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of the purchase. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We want you to be completely EXCITED and satisfied with your purchase. We want our jewelry to put a smile on your face and your friends when they see you wearing it. Please contact us with any concerns and we will make it right.

CUSTOM ORDERS/COMMISSIONS POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@kristindesantis.com with details of the product and the defect.

SCULPTURE SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

All sculptures are carefully packaged to avoid damage when shipped by FedEx Ground. Your item will be shipped within 5-10 days from the date of purchase and you will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the piece you purchased is damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@kristindesantis.com with details.
