WHAT SORT OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE TO MAKE THE JEWELRY?

We make all our jewelry using aluminum, stainless steel and resin.  All materials are very durable and will not tarnish or fade. The color is a resin which is poured into the metal and goes all the way through, never painted.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

IF AN ITEM IS MARKED SOLD CAN IT BE REPRODUCED?

The answer is Yes! All of our jewelry is individually handcrafted in our studio by the two of us. Slight color variations occur in the resin because we create our own unique colors in small batches. When a batch of color runs out, we mix another batch and try to get the color close to the previous batch. Please drop us a line so that we can help you get the colors you need. 

SHIPPING

HOW AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All jewelry orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail. Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 days from the date of purchase (if in stock) and you will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

If expedited shipping is needed please contact us in advance of placing your order to see if we can arrange for a special delivery. Additional charges will apply.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will automatically receive an email notification upon shipment of your order that includes a link to your tracking information.  As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

WHAT IF I'D LIKE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

We've got you covered.  Each item is always hand packaged in gift wrapping and includes a card with care instructions.  If you have a special request for packaging or a special message to include, please let us know, we're happy to help.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

We stand by everything we make.  We want our customers to love their Kristin DeSantis Contemporary Jewelry!  If you are unhappy with your purchase, we'd be glad to accept an item for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of the purchase. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition and packaging.   Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We want you to be completely EXCITED and satisfied with your purchase. We want our jewelry to put a smile on your face and your friends when they see you wearing it. Please contact us with any concerns and we will make it right.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Your jewelry is made up of the following materials: aluminum, resin and stainless steel. Your jewelry will not tarnish like sterling silver nor will it rust. The best way to clean your jewelry is to hold it under warm running water, add a touch of soap to your fingertips and gently scrub. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cotton t-shirt or micro-fleece towel.

We recommend not to shower, swim or sleep with your jewelry on.

Like most jewelry, wear and tear is inevitable, and with time, it will develop new character.

DO YOU DO REPAIRS FOR YOUR JEWELRY?

Yes, we do repair our jewelry if needed. We are very proud of what we create and believe that customer satisfaction is priority #1. We will do our best to address and fix any problems that may arise. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
